How It Works.

MCP is a new layer between AI and your business systems. Here's what that means in practice - and what working with us actually looks like.

What is MCP, in plain English?

You don't need to understand the protocol to understand what it does.

Without MCP

You copy data out of your CMS, paste it into Claude, get an answer, then manually act on it. Every time. For every task.

With MCP

Claude connects directly to your systems. You ask a question or give an instruction - it reads, acts, and responds using your actual live data.

Standard connectors

Pre-built MCP connectors exist for popular platforms - Salesforce, GitHub, Google Drive. If they cover you, they're a fine starting point.

Custom connectors

Most businesses have systems, workflows, or CMS setups no standard connector was built for. That's where we come in.

What working with us looks like.

Four steps. The honest one is step two.

1. We listen to the pain

Not "what integration do you need" - that's the wrong starting point. We start with what's broken, slow, or risky in your current workflow. The automation follows from that, not the other way around.

2. We tell you if you need us

This is the step most vendors skip. If a standard connector covers your situation, we'll say so and point you there. We only build custom when custom is actually the answer. Not always.

3. We scope and build

We map your exact workflow, content model, or compliance requirement, then build a custom MCP server or Power Automate SOP around it. Tight, tested, and scoped to what you actually need - not a generic template.

4. We hand it over

Tested in production, documented, and running. We don't disappear after delivery - if something changes in your environment, we're still there.

What this looks like in practice.

Two examples from automations we've already built and shipped.

The CMS ticket problem

A client's marketing team was raising tickets every time they needed to update two landing pages and the events calendar. IT couldn't safely open the whole CMS to AI - 30+ content types, complex permissions.

We scoped the 20% of the CMS that covered 80% of their tasks, built a custom MCP around those specific content types, and handed it to the marketing team. They now publish in plain language. IT approved it in a day.

The daily CVE brief

A client had no process for tracking new vulnerabilities. Someone checked manually - when they remembered. Critical CVEs were going unreviewed for days.

We built a Power Automate SOP that pulls the daily CVE feed, filters by severity and their specific stack using AI, and delivers a structured brief every morning. When something needs action, the SOP flags it automatically.
